Talent Acquisition & People Operations Partner
Why this role exists
As ezyCollect by Sidetrade invests heavily in expansion across Australia, North America and Europe, attracting the right talent at the right time is critical. This role exists to own end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring our growth is supported by exceptional hires, while also providing occasional people operations support.
You’ll be the go-to person for recruitment across multiple regions, helping leaders hire quickly and smartly, while maintaining a consistent, people-first approach.
What this really means day to day
On any given week, you might be:
- Partnering with leaders to define hiring needs and role success criteria
- Leading full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
- Writing job ads and actively sourcing candidates in line with business priorities
- Coaching hiring managers on interviewing, candidate experience, and hiring decisions
- Supporting onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth, effective start
- Occasionally assisting with people operations
- Helping document and improve people processes where needed
This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and impact-driven, it’s all about getting the right people on board efficiently and professionally.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Have hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or SaaS environment
- Can manage full-cycle recruitment across regions and time zones
- Are comfortable providing occasional HR support (employee queries, onboarding, small projects)
- Operate confidently in a lean, fast-moving team
- Have excellent organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills
- Thrive when working with remote or globally distributed teams
